I am greatful for the opportunity to write you all once again.
You see, I have just escaped from
the imprisonment of Orks and the Belrog.
While there, my powers of wizardry did not work.
I was forced to write you all and say things that were not true.
I was forced to call a gathering
A gathering that was to be invaded by the evil forces
who are determined to stop the legions of goodness and friendship.
Due to the foresight of Frodo
(who used the powers of The Ring to discover this treachery)
most of you have been warned and now realize
that the gathering will be one week prior to the one I referred to
in my ill-written letter.

So on July 24,25,& 26, there shall be
a truely UNEXPECTED GATHERING of Friendship
to thwart the evil plan of Belrog and the evil ones.
This gathering shall once again re-unite the Fellowship
and shall restore our powers. Each of you should make sure
that new Friends of the Fellowship are warned
not to walk into the hands of evil forces
and are aware of the new dates.

I must close now.
For the Belrog is close on my trail
and my powers are still weakened.
